Laurentii Snake Plant is one of the most classic and popular Sansevieria varieties. It is easily recognized by its tall, rigid, upright leaves patterned in different shades of green and edged with elegant golden-yellow margins.

Its architectural form, resilience, and easy-care nature make it an excellent choice for homes, offices, and commercial spaces.

Light:

Adapts to a wide range of light conditions, from low to bright indirect light. Bright, indirect light encourages stronger growth and helps maintain foliage colour and variegation. It can tolerate some gentle direct sunlight, but avoid sudden exposure to intense sun.

Water:
Allow the soil to dry completely between waterings. Water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain. Very sensitive to overwatering; reduce watering frequency during winter.

Adapts very well to normal or low household humidity and does not require high humidity. Avoid keeping the foliage or growing medium constantly wet.

Good to know:

Laurentii is easily recognized by its golden-yellow leaf margins. It is similar to Zeylanica Snake Plant, but Zeylanica generally lacks the distinctive broad yellow edges of Laurentii. Over time, the plant can produce new offsets from its underground rhizomes.
