Sedum morganianum is a beautiful trailing succulent known for its long cascading stems densely covered with fleshy blue-green leaves. As it matures, its stems can become impressively long, making it an excellent choice for hanging baskets, shelves, and elevated planters.

Light:

Prefers very bright light with some gentle direct sunlight. Good light encourages dense, compact growth. Gradually acclimate the plant to direct sun to prevent scorching.

Water:
Prefers normal to low household humidity with good air circulation. High humidity is not necessary.

Prefers moderate to high humidity, but adapts well to normal household conditions.

Good to know:

The leaves of Sedum morganianum detach very easily when handled. Ideally, place the plant in its permanent location to avoid frequently moving or touching its long stems. Fallen leaves can also be propagated into new plants. Mature specimens may produce small pink to reddish flowers near the ends of the stems.
